TM2000 Oxygen Analyzer

Model TM2000 Oxygen Analyzer

A trace oxygen analyzer offering superior protection for a range of industrial applications through a rapid response to process changes.

With a modular design for easy upgrades and field service, the TM2000 can accurately respond from atmosphere to low parts per million (ppm) in just seconds, serving a wide measurement range from 0.1 ppm to 100% O2.

Using industry-proven zirconium oxide, the TM2000 is designed to accurately respond to low ppm to high oxygen levels and can detect excess combustibles process upsets in the presence of very low ppm O2 readings.

Offering superior protection to a wide range of processes, the TM2000 is ideal for use in industrial gas applications, including inert gas purity, atmospheric oven control, cryogenic gas generating processes, specialty welding and air separation.

FAST, SAFE, RELIABLE MEASUREMENTS
Zirconium oxide provides rapid responses to critical applications and process protection by failing high – not to a zero O2 reading. Users save money on calibration gases by using percent gases – even for low ppm measurements.

UPSET CONDITION DETECTION
The TM2000’s ability to detect excess combustibles process upsets in the presence of very low ppm O2 is particularly important in cryogenic gas generating processes. This allows the TM2000 to distinguish between an O2 upset condition and an excess combustibles upset condition.

EASY TO USE AND MAINTAIN
The analyzer has a modular design that makes upgrading and field servicing simple. User-friendly, menu-driven software allows operators to begin using the TM2000 quickly, while advanced diagnostics and online help further simplify use.
